Ralphs Grocery complaint: Very Poor Customer Servuce

My complaint:

I went to get water tonight at Ralph’s in Temecula south tonight, Sunday, September 3rd, 2023 at about 8-8:30pm and the machine outside wouldn’t take dollars, but only quarters. So I went into Ralph’s to explain to them and asked for $5 in quarters AND YOU KNOW WHAT THEY SAID? We don’t have $5 of quarters!!!

Of course I started getting upset and said to them (in an upset, louder voice) Well, of COURSE you have quarters, you are a business. You’re in the business of having quarters! This obvious lie and laziness forced me to ask to see the manager. A guy young man named Joel told me the manager was out, but HE somehow ended up blaming and shaming me in front of store patrons and other Ralphs employees, for asking for quarters, and told me not to come back to Ralph’s again, because he said I was rude.

Rude? BECAUSE i ASKED FOR QUARTERS and was, (I think justifiably) upset when lazy Ralphs employees didn’t want to bother to give me $5 worth of quarters? What entitles store employees to embarrass and harass customers (WHO PAY THEIR WAGES) because they refuse to be put off by Ralphs employee laziness and rudeness? Ralph’s employees need to be decent, tell obvious truths, and not blame and embarrass customers for expecting service… like giving quarters!!!

Suggested solution:

I want Joel to be reprimanded for his rude behavior. I also want the first employee, who was so busy getting off work, and too lazy to help me so lied to me and tried to intimidate me by telling me the store had no quarters, to also be reprimanded. I want both of these employees to have these reprimands placed in and recorded in their Ralphs HR records
