My complaint:
I was hired for security after some security guards told me to apply . I was honest about my record except I had an arrest 18 years ago in which I was a ung adult and had forgot about . I wasn’t able to admend it or anything and the gaming commissioner plain out didn’t like me . I fought it to trailer where I was still found that I had not been completely honest but at least They knew it was a simple mistake . I still feel as though I .better than your gaming commission and that’s why I wasn’t given my gaming license . Yet you hire my friend with an extensive record because the commissioner liked her . It’s a bunch of bias crap . I was then kicked off the grounds for fighting it to a trail after their own gaming commissioner told me I couldn’t have a trail in which I know your pledges,policies and your rights therefore it was wrong for her to tell me that . Still with little thought I was stillnot given my gaming license . It’s been over a year since I was let back on the grounds but I still believe that your commissioner was in the wrong to not help me make the necessary changes to my gaming license that he was suppose to be able to help me with . She refused to help me at all and in fact didn’t take anything I to account regarding my past and the person I am today . Therefore this casino to me is full of fake imposers whom aim to know their rights and procedures and yet don’t even know their own guidelines . I will never get over this experience because I know without a doubt I would have been a great security personnel and I would have been good to employ at that casino . Now I am just disappointed and outraged by my experience
Suggested solution:
They should of let me ammend my gaming license application and given me at least a fair chance . I have had the same job for over 3 years and I am of good character . I should of been given a chance to reapply and given a chance to be investigated like they should have . They would have seen I was of good character . They didn't take who I am now I to consideration from what my past shows . My own daughter is going to be a cop when she gets out of highschool . You all should have given me a chance like you do others that aren't so disserving
And this same gaming commission that didn’t like me and didn’t want me to get my gaming license . She has gotten other good workers who were good security guards fired there . So how many people dies angel dunn have to screw over because the commission realizes that they are losing good employee’s?
