My complaint:

I had the misfortune to stay at the Radisson Hotel Cincinnati Riverfront on June 20-21 2023. The advertised balcony is not large enough to stand on, there is no river front or river view, just a view of I-75. Then, my wife and I were woke up @ 1:30 am to water leaking through our ceiling from the room above us, enough that it soaked my clothes in my travel bag… We were moved to a new room, which I found out a few hours later that the sink was unusable to brush our teeth (drain was clogged).

While checking out I voiced my displeasure of the 2nd room, and yet nobody at the desk was prepared to speak or deal with me. The one gentleman went to find a manager but after 15 minutes he never returned. The young girl at the counter said they had my contact info and the manager would contact me. Fast forward to today, when I find out via my credit card statement that I was charged $377…

I was flabbergasted… I called the hotel and asked to speak with the manager, who explained to me that they had already discounted my room by $93 like I was supposed to be forever grateful. I will NEVER AGAIN stay at your establishment, that I will guarantee. The manager at that establishment is an example of how not to treat a customer. The only employee that was positive during my experience was the lady who helped us move rooms at 1:30 in the morning, although she alluded to a larger discount that never happened…

Suggested solution:

a refund of at least 50%
