My complaint:

Hazel the agent could understand English. I had to repeat my self 4 to 8 times for her to get my Name, Address, phone number and Email. A simple request turned into a hour plus time. Also my last check from last said I 60,000 points She, Hazel only give 3500.

I stayed at a Country Inn and Suites in Bloomington MN from January 2021 to March 2022. I was a Travel nurse doing Covid vaccinations and testing. I would like to know where my 60,000 disappeared to.. If this not resolved, My family and I will not stay at any Radisson properties any long.

So you choose to refund my 60,000 points it is your choice. You can contact the Country Inn and Suites/Park Place in Blooming MN by MOA for my stays. Thanks you

Suggested solution:

Give me back my 60,000 points and better training for your agents. Also when I asked for a Supervisor Hazel refused to give one.
