My complaint:
Payroll correction needed; all required items were submitted via upload as instructed. No follow up from Quickbooks, I have had to call for updates and each call I am given another excuse andor told the case will be escalated. Each call requires a minimum of 35 minutes of having to set on the phone and wait for the current representative to review all the calls that I have been made, with the representative to only tell me each time it will be escalated, and I will have an update by the following week. We are now 2.5 months into the original request and no action has been taken on the correction.
Suggested solution:
There should be communication back from Quickbooks (from the appropriate department) and not require the customer to call everytime. The issue should be resolved and not have a continued excusedelay every week.
Communication, honestly and reliability should be the requirement for providing customer service.
