My complaint:
I am a paying member and my vehicle was damaged and my insurance had given me a rental. I had the rental for three weeks. Every other Quick Quack honored my membership once they reviewed my rental paperwork verifying my cars license plate number and all other account information and let me get my rental car washed. But NOT David the manager at this location. He would not talk to me, look at my papers. He just told the young man Daryl to tell me NO. I asked to speak with David and Daryl came back and said that he said no and that I should leave. This is the most unprofessional out of line way to treat your paying members. He was rude and did not care. I am 60 years old and let me tell you if my children ever treated anyone the way he treated me I would a fit. I am a senior and for this man who could be my grandson embarrass and disrespect me the way he did is unacceptable. If something is not done I will take my business elsewhere. I have no problem standing out in front of this location a pass out flyers telling everyone how I was treated. And how the company did nothing about it.
Suggested solution:
Give me first an apology from David, Have him written up. and give me so sort of extras for the way I was treated.
