My complaint:

I received the worst service This evening when it came to one of your store employees. I placed a $22.00 order to get my food delivered to my apartment. When I received it, it wasnt what I wanted. I called the store and spoke with a female employee T. I told her my order wasnt right. She double checked and ed that it was in fact what I ordered. I told her I never would have ordered cilantro rice bc im allergic to cilantro and i dont eat beans and the salsa I chose was not on there. She told me that the order showed beans and cilantro rice was selected. I told her it may have been selected by accident but the salsa still wasnt there. She started off by talking and cutting me off as i was speaking. She insisted it was salsa on it and I told her it wasnt. She asked me how was I going to tell her she was cutting me..? off then told me she wasnt going to sit there and argue with me. I dont have time to argue with anyone making my food bc of the nasty things people can do with your orders. She then told me several times she could send the order to my cell phone to prove what she was saying. Just because its on paper doesnt mean it was done correctly. I told her not to send me anything. I told her i would have to see if I could get door dash to come back to pick up my food and redeliver it without a fee. She insisted on sending me text messages, I told her not to. She told me if they could get back up there to pick up my new order she would remake it. That was great, but a few minutes later I received 3 pictures to my cell phone from her! Still trying to prove a point, I told her I didnt need her to send those to my PERSONAL phone! Her agression crossed the line when she took it upon her self to start texting my cell phone after I told her not to. I told her I would contact them further through their company phone. Then she sends a fourth text saying if door dash doesnt pick it up they can replace it tomorrow and asked what time would I be in. This was the pettiest most unprofessional customer service I have received so far in life. At this point I’m not even trusting her to remake my order. I admitted the rice and beans may have been selected by accident but everything else was all unnecessary. All of this and still no food.

Suggested solution:

I want my money back or a gift card so I can go have my food remade by a team I can actually trust.
