About Primebit

Primebit is an online trading platform offering leveraged cryptocurrency contracts, aimed at people speculating on price moves rather than buying coins to hold. Users of leveraged crypto venues raise a recurring set of issues: withdrawals delayed or held pending review, verification and regional restrictions that lock an account, fees, funding costs and spreads that quietly erode a position, liquidations disputed after a fast move or an outage, execution that differs from what the screen showed, and support that is slow when money is involved.

Understand exactly how margin, funding and liquidation work before you fund any leveraged account, and never commit money you cannot afford to lose. Check which entity you are contracting with and what protection, if any, applies where you live. Keep your own record of trades and support tickets, withdraw profits rather than leaving balances on the venue, and distrust unsolicited trading advice.

Position liquidated during an outage, or a withdrawal held for review? Bring the case in here. We open a file and keep advising you on what to send and when to escalate.

How do I contact Primebit customer service?

There is no Primebit customer service to contact: the exchange closed at the end of December 2024. Primebit announced the closure itself and set 16 December 2024 as the last day to withdraw a balance and export a transaction history, so the trading platform and the support mailbox both stopped working before that year was out.

Be careful with the web address the exchange used. It is in other hands now and carries an unrelated site that trades under the same name and publishes its own contact page. Nothing there reaches the exchange or anybody who worked for it, so send it no account number, no identity document, no wallet key and no payment detail.

What is worth doing instead is putting the record together while it can still be reconstructed. Note the email address the account was opened under, the deposit and withdrawal transaction hashes, the wallet address at each end, the amounts, and the dates with the time zone. If you exported your history before the deadline, keep that export with the rest, because nothing can be exported from the platform now.

Balance still sitting on an account you cannot open? Take it through our complaint process: our trained AI opens a case for you and keeps coaching, including what a bank or a payment provider asks for and in what order.

Why is my Primebit withdrawal still pending?

A Primebit withdrawal that is still marked pending is not going to complete: the exchange closed on 31 December 2024 and the platform that would have processed it is gone. What decides where you stand is whether the coins ever left. Primebit paid out in cryptocurrency, so a withdrawal that was really processed left a transaction hash, and a hash still resolves on a public block explorer years afterwards. Look for it in whatever you exported before the platform closed, or in the incoming records of the wallet or the exchange you were withdrawing to. A confirmed transfer to your own address means the money arrived. Nothing on the chain and nothing incoming means the balance was never released, and that is the loss you are documenting.

Build the claim around the payment route rather than around the exchange, because the exchange is no longer a counterparty and the payment route often still is. Primebit took deposits in cryptocurrency rather than in cash, so there was never a card payment to Primebit for a card issuer to reverse. Where a card can come into it is one step earlier: if you bought the coins from a broker or an on-ramp with a card or a bank transfer and then sent them on, your payment relationship is with that provider, and any claim runs against it through your card issuer or your bank. Those routes work to short deadlines counted from the payment, so pin the dates down first. If you funded the account from another exchange, that exchange still holds the record of the transfer out and can give you a statement of it.

One more thing worth knowing: services that approach people with money stuck on a closed platform and ask for a payment up front to recover it are common in this market, and paying one adds a second loss to the first.

Withdrawal that was pending when the platform closed? Bring the case to us and we help you write the claim up for your bank, your card issuer or the exchange that holds the record, with the dates and the hashes set out in the order a claim needs them.

What can I do if my Primebit account is locked or restricted?

A locked or restricted Primebit account cannot be reopened: the exchange stopped operating on 31 December 2024, so there is no review left to complete and no restriction left to lift. If you lost access while a balance was still inside, what has to be proved now is what was in the account and when access stopped, because that is the claim. The restriction itself is no longer the point.

Write down the balance and any open positions as you last saw them, the date access stopped and the reason the platform gave for it, and gather the emails or in-app messages about the verification or the review. A screenshot taken at the time is worth more than a description written afterwards. Then trace the money in: every deposit with its transaction hash, its date, and the wallet or the exchange it came from. Records on a public blockchain do not expire, so a deposit you made from your own wallet is still provable today, and the exchange or the broker you sent it from still holds its own record of the transfer out.

Locked out with a balance still inside the account? Report it here and we push the complaint out by email, on social media and in printed letters to whoever is still answerable for the money.

Can I dispute a liquidation on Primebit?

A liquidation on Primebit can no longer be disputed with the venue: Primebit closed on 31 December 2024, so there is no desk left to ask for the mark price it used, the margin formula behind the close, or the order log for your account. The figures are still worth setting down while you have them, because a liquidation dispute is an argument about numbers and numbers do not fade: the position size, the leverage, the entry price, the liquidation price the platform applied, the price it displayed at that second, and whether the site or the app was unreachable during the move.

Be clear with yourself about which kind of loss you are carrying, because the two go to different places. A liquidation that followed the stated margin rules is the ordinary outcome of leveraged trading and not a fault of the venue, and no bank or payment provider treats it as one: a position that lost money is not a payment that went astray. A balance you were never able to withdraw is a different matter, and that is the one that follows the payment route: what you put in, how you paid for it, and who still holds the record of that payment.

What do people complain about most at Primebit?

Nothing has been reported about Primebit here yet. Our research shows that the problems people carry away from a leveraged crypto venue that has closed are not the ones they had while it traded: a balance still on the platform when it shut, a withdrawal requested inside the notice period that never landed, a trading history that can no longer be exported now the deadline has passed, an account frozen for review at the moment the shutters came down, and a familiar name that now leads somewhere else entirely, because the web address Primebit used belongs to somebody else and carries an unrelated site.

Caught by that closure with money you never got out? Be the first to report it here: your case sets out what you paid and when in the shape a bank or a payment provider expects, and it opens the record for the next person who searches this name and lands on the same dead end.

What happens after I submit my complaint?

Your complaint gets its own public page on Complain.biz and we get to work: we bring it to the attention of Primebit through emails, social media, paper complaint letters and other tools at our disposal.

And we stay with it after you file. Our trained AI opens a case file for you and keeps coaching: what to reply, when to push again, and how to escalate if nothing happens.

Can other consumers help me with my Primebit complaint?

Yes. We have an active community of consumers, and complaints here are public: people who ran into the same problem with Primebit can give you advice or back you up with their own story. A complaint with a community behind it is much harder to overlook.
