My complaint:

My wife and I remodeled our entire house and went to Pottery Barn for furniturelinensKitchen items. We spend over $25,000. in the last month at Pottery Barn. Yes, you got that right TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS.
We decided to go for the Labor Day sale of up to 70% off. It turned into the worse nightmare imaginable. Most of the items we bought were not on sale and the sale items required an overworked, single Store Manager to run from register to register to override the price. We finished selecting the merchandise we want to buy in 15 minutes and it took two and half hours to check out.

I want to warn customers to stay away unless they are willing to waste the better part of day.

I am beyond disappointed and will NEVER shop at Pottery Barn or any of their affiliated stores since I assume they all follow the same business model: Give the Customer a HORRIBLE experience and charge them a premium.

Suggested solution:

Stop playing games with Sales. Either have the sale apply to all the items in the store or create a Sale Corner or Sale Rack and have sale items placed at that location.

You guys stink!

Zero Stars, just bad.
