My complaint:
The post man who delivers our mail insists on driving over our front lawn which is very soft and muddy as a result of the recent rain. He leaves six inch deep ruts every time he takes his shortcut to the mailbox. When my wife spoke to him he was extremely rude and said to stop that from happening we should move the mailbox to the street because he doesn’t have time to go down the short drive way. He stated that the lawn he is wrecking is council land and not our problem!
Suggested solution:
Can you please speak to our postman and ask him to use the short driveway and not cut across the lawn.
