My complaint:

Yesterday night I went to Giant and got back home after they closed and realized I didn’t have all of my groceries. I returned this morning and was told “loss prevention “ would have to review the tapes and I would receive a call. I shop in this store weekly and was made to feel like I was lying or attempting to steal. I am now out of my money and groceries waiting for a magical phone call from the moronic manager I spoke with.

Suggested solution:

I had a recipe which I presented. I should have been offered a refund or my replacement. It was 4 items missing. I’m sure they are all in one bag that I mistakenly left.
