My complaint:

I’ve had a bad experience with the game Pokémon Unite recently with bugs and glitches that ruins the fun for players and professional gamers alike. I have been playing ranked matches and I have encountered many lags and game freezes, at rare occasions the game crashes which leaves you idle in matches and lose fair-play points for being AFK. It’s been interrupting my matches and I’m having bad experiences with the game. So I contacted the support team to complain about the issues.

The person from the support team saids this on email that it may have been due to WiFi or mobile network issues, and then they told me not to give them the same issues ever again as they would no longer reply with these kind of messages. My internet connection is okay, but they won’t give me a chance to reply back. Why would a game company not help their players with their bug issues? I was expecting for the team to help me with the issues by telling me what’s wrong and what available options can they provide. But for this they’ve provided an immediate answer and tells me to not reply again with these bug and lag issues.

Suggested solution:

The support team should at least ask their players to provide some evidence of what\'s making their game experiences have problems before providing an answer for their issues. They should not ignore any requests from their complaints nor tell their players not to reply to their requests unless their complaints have been resolved.
