PODS complaint: Delays on delivery

My complaint:

Have been trying to get my 2 pods delivered since the middle of July. 1st delay pods were never picked up from my house. They were supposed to be delivered Aug 5. On Aug. 6, they picked up pods from home in Fl- to be delivered Aug. 17. On Aug. 17, I called on delivery time and was told pods haven’t even left Fl. because there was an e-mail with a rental agreement in it that wasn’t signed so they cancelled shipping. Meanwhile, there was no problem taking out the $4600 the day it was picked up from the house. Now pickup is Aug. 22 and delivery on Sept. 23. I am paying monthly rental fees on these 2 pods which is very convenient for them but not so much on my end. No phone calls returned from anyone.

Suggested solution:

I want a significant discount on the monthly rental fees which is $500 a month that have been ongoing since all the delays started. Have been told numerous times that a report was made and a specialist would be calling. No records of this each time I call them.
