My complaint:

I wanted to withdraw $50 dollar bills to give as gifts. I could not do this at the ATM machine. I went into the bank. There was one customer being waited on by a teller. I was the only other customer in the bank. The second teller handled the drive-up business. There were 3 officers in their offices. I waited and waited. The teller handling the drive-up banking asked me what I needed, and I explained that I wanted to get $50 bills to give as gifts. She said she couldn’t help me at the time. I am sure two of the officers saw me through the windows. One was not even on the phone. I finally went out and used the ATM machine and never got the bills I wanted.
The bank was empty except for two customers (including me), two tellers, and three officers. I know they saw me waiting. They were not all on the phone the whole time. Not one of them made an effort to help me.
After getting the money, not in the denominations I wanted, I saw one of the officers standing up in the lobby and i told her I was filing a complaint. She said she was sorry.
You could say it was my fault because I did not use the drive-up windows, but the bank was empty and there were cars in line. I don’t like to sit in lines with my car running if possible.
This occurred around 11:30 am on Tuesday, December 21st.

Suggested solution:

I think the bank should have better services for their customers. The on-line phone service is also very poor. Even when you wait over an hour you may not get a representative. It has happened to me more than once. They do not have enough lines available.
I would like to know that the executive officers are aware of these problems and act on them.
