PNC Bank complaint: poor service

My complaint:

I went into the local branch 3.12.22 with POA paperwork to be submitted as I have POA for my father and have his pension checks needing to be deposited. I was told it would be in the system by 3.15.22. I called 3.17.22 and it was not submitted and Robert who handles it would call me back, I never received a call. I called 3.18.22 and spoke with him, he stated he had not submitted the paperwork and would do it that day and it would be in the system by 3.21.22. I called 3.21.22 and spoke to Robert who said it wasn’t submitted and he would do it that day, put a rush on it and a decisionw ould be made by 3.22.22. I called 3.22.22 and was told he was busy and would call me back, I never received a call. I called 3.23.22, again I was told he was busy and would call me back, I never received a call. I called today 3.24.22 at 11am, I was once again told he was busy and they would have him call me. I called back at 12:30pm and was told he is with a customer and they would have him call me before he leaves. I never received a call.

Suggested solution:

Find someone who can submit POA paperwork in a reasonable timeframe, three weeks with nothing done is absolutely ridiculous.I am trrying to handle my fathers affairs and cannot do so because of an employee who isn't or cannot do their job.
