PNC Bank complaint: No customer service

My complaint:

1. Took 3 months to see my accounts
2. Deposited check in wrong account
3. Said it would take weeks to correct
4. Adding charges to my account that was never there in over 10 years.
5. Could not explain
6. Froze my account when they were told by my banker to apply fixed rate I was in the office with the banker when all of this happened paper work in hand now will not correct problem. Said I have to take time off to go the bank to correct when it was there fault to start with.
7. Used help line text. That was useless. They in return told me to read there 5 page policy. Which had nothing to do with what I ask for. Then was told I would have to repeat myself to another agent due to them signing out. So I did then the site came up with a message after it said I have a response. The system is down check back later.

Suggested solution:

Do there job. Call back, respond to a question with an answer not a five page documents that has nothing to do with what I ask. Take care of there customers. Say what they mean and mean what they say.
