My complaint:

BOT responses. I know these Chats are recorded. For the record … I was the victim of Identity theft … it took 12 hour with a Branch Manager, approximately 1 12 on a phone call and approximately 1 12 on a Chat to correct things. You got it done – thanks for that – but, at what cost? You lost a Wallet Account to TD Bank. Now, in our main account … our 0635 account went – $5.68 – because of a $10 co-pay my wife made to her eye doctor – she’s a 67-year-old diabetic. The next day, 3 charges came through from Target … $2.77, $2.70, $0.92 … $36 time 3 in fees. Finally, on 1220, Verizon put through a charge too early – $225.21 … another $36 fee – I’m working that one out with Verizon – I’ll take that hit. So, in summary, I should get credit for $144 in excessive fees. I don’t have aa problem if you don’t agree. I just want an explanation. PNC has been good to me. Explain it, I’ll agree – or disagree – then either keep the account open – or close the account – and start fresh with a new bank or credit union. Sorry – just frustrated. We’re both seniors trying to survive.

Suggested solution:

$144 credited to our account.
