Playtika complaint: Ignoring reported problems with game

My complaint:

For months I have told them EVERY AD on June’s Journey crashes the game. 98% of the ads are just a blank screen. At first they responded and gave suggestions… nothing worked. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game numerous times. The second to last time I did this the app wouldn’t open. I contacted Amazon and the tech had to refer it to a higher up tech support at Wooga.

The in game email doesn’t work so I have to report issues through their website support I found on line but now they have stopped responding.If you look at Facebook this is a widespread problem. You have to watch the ads to use less energy or to get tokens at landmarks. After they did an upgrade August 9th it got to the point where every ad crashed the game.

Suggested solution:

Fix the ad platform. I\'m sure the companies paying for ads with them don\'t know players can\'t see the ads.
