Parkdean Resorts complaint: Unacceptable accommadation

My complaint:

We arrived at our lodge on day of arrival to find the green sticker on the door saying it had been cleaned and inspected, well I can only say it hadn’t been cleaned at all, Only the beds had been changed and the towels also.
There was dog hair everywhere, Clumps of it in the bedroom, all over the tv remotes, The fridge had food particles all over it, cobwebs everywhere, the toilets had urine marks all over the seat and pan. We had to go out and purchase a vacuum, mop, bucket and no end of other cleaning products and spent the first day of our holiday cleaning. Twice we reported this and no one was interested or even came to check the lodge, Further more, none of tv remotes worked and we had to purchase batteries ourselves. There was part eaten dog chews under the sofas and it smelt of dog urine from the second you opened the door. We had no end of bites from the beds also.
The entertainment bar was rarely open. The food in the restaurant I wouldn’t have given my dog. They claimed a reduced menu due to covid but even what you ordered they never had in stock. On one night they was trying to clear the table while our 2 children was still eating because they wanted to serve desserts so they could finish there shift!
Who ever your onsite staff are need to stop using the park like a racetrack because they fly round much much quicker then they should!

Suggested solution:

Its upto parkdean how they resolve the issue but I expect an email back explaining why a reason behind these poor poor standard. I'd also have a serious look at your staff because they are nothing but rude.
