Parkdean Resorts complaint: Refund not completed within 28 Day period

My complaint:

Parkdean HQ ed that my refund was on the system and that I would receive my money back within 28 days. It is now day 28 and I have not received any money, I have just been informed that they only filled out the paperwork on 01042021.

Knowing that it is a long bank holiday weekend, this is discusting.

The deposit, going onto a different card, is still not back where it should be despite being told earlier in the week by email.

As their refund run is only done on a Thursday, I will not be getting my money back for at least a week or two. This means that you have not abided by your own policy.

Using the ‘pandemic’ as an excuse is no excuse.

This is a ‘You Problem’, not a ‘Me Problem.’

Suggested solution:

They should abide by their own policies and ensure that timelines are met.

if you have too much work then get more employees or provide compensation for your lack of ability to follow your own policy and procedures.
