My complaint:
I had to cancel my holiday due to my direct debit not being amended when I upgraded m holiday. I requested my cancellation on the 17022021 and the refund was completed on the 18022021. it is now the 19032021 and I still haven’t received my refund. I have spoken to Parkdeans 3 times they asked me to speak to my bank which I did and the said no money was coming into my account. Parkdeans said it could take 28 days due to current circumstance’s, the last time I spoke to Parkdeans the lady spoke to said wait a few more days it can take longer than the 28 days.
Suggested solution:
i would like to receive my refund of £425 please.
