My complaint:

I paid for four entertainment passes and then due to Covid regulations there was nothing we could access. I actually ended up buying £45 worth of activities so that the kids had stuff to do. When I spoke to customer services about a refund I was told to apply to sunholidays because I had initially booked through them. Sunholidays have told me I need to apply to Park Dean because they are the company that received my payment. I think it’s pretty shoddy customer service that I am expected to do all this chasing around for a refund that should have been done automatically.

Suggested solution:

Refund me the £24 that I paid.
