My complaint:

We have just come back from a week at the above location and there was problems before we even arrived .I am nearly 80 so we do not travel long distances in one go, try to explain this to reception when trying to get your caravan location. All you get is we will send you an e-mail the day before. No use when not at home. After 56 phone calls I managed it.
We arrived on site , no problem with the unit, but no mobile signal, eventually found you had to go by the fishing pools to get any.
On the Tuesday I decided to purchase wi-fi for 4 days, that worked for 1 day ,Then all I got was no signal or poor signal moving to mobile. Contacted reception and was told it is what it is. I asked for a refund because it was not giving what it should be and was told to contact Head Office. I needed to have contact with our son and daughter due to minor health issues and the current problems.
Also, although not a complaint as such, we booked and paid for our dog, but the caravan issued had a sign saying Not a animal holiday accommodation

I paid £7.99 for the wifi access and didnt get it , so I think a refund should be expected
