I am writing this email as I have been unsuccessful in resolving our issues whilst on park despite 5 messages to the number given and 2 visits to reception to complain.
When we arrived there was no key in the van so couldn’t leave our atuff until we had tracked down the key. The bathroom window is broken and cannot be secured, dead flies in lights and behind splash back above cooler, broken fixtures and fittings, wallpaper peeling off, door strips damaged and flapping, I booked a an with double glazing and heating in the bedrooms, there is no double glazing and we were given 1 electric heater for 1 bedroom. We were woken up before 7am each morning as we were next to the sewage tank – we came here to rest and recharge as we have both worked all through all of the lockdowns and this level of service is not ok. I want a full refund please I feel our holiday wasn’t good at all and no attempt made to resolve any issues we had. I have used this company many times over the years and I am disappointed by the lack of anyone actually caring about us as customers. Is your motto not about giving your guests a great time? You did not even match a standard level of clean or fit for purpose.
