My complaint:

I brought a caravan last year from Parkdean resorts Sunnydale. I received my van April 12th 2021 the deal I got I was meant to receive a £500 Amazon voucher which I never got I was also promised the van was going to be deep cleaned and jet washed. Also that I would receive parts for the cooker that was missing. I was sold this van by Victoria Jenkins who is part of there sales team.
Once they received my money nothing was sorted out after numerous request for it to be done nothing was done I was told she was busy with a customer all the time. I AM ALSO A CUSTOMER.
I decided to upgrade my van to another one what was on the site.
I gave her a list of tho things that needed doing in the van that we’re damaged.
Half the things haven’t been done.
After messaging Victoria over the issues she gave me a rude reply saying she has not handed van over yet even tho I received keys and move in date over a week ago. I’ve come up to my new caravan today to see none of the works been done but my old van has been jet washed deep cleaned and kitted out to sell again.
To say I’m furious is an understatement. I feel let down and I feel I have been sold a broken dream.
I want this resolving ASAP other wise I want a full refund on both of the caravans I have brought and I will go to a diffrent company.
If this is how owners are treated then I do not wish to own a caravan at Parkdean resort.

Suggested solution:

I want all the work that’s been promised done I want my voucher from my last caravan sale and I want to be treated like a customer not thrown under the mat once payment has been received
