Parkdean Resorts complaint: Caravan, Swimming Pool and Staff

My complaint:

We have been to Parkdean Resorts many times,but we will never recommend Sandylands to anyone…
The first things we noticed and reported to a very unhelpful customer service lady ( she wrote it down and said someone might be out tomorrow….! ), were the ants. Yes ants in the kitchen, lounge,bedroom,bathroom and the passage way, we also saw the plug from the bathroom basin was broken. No one arrived to check the problem out no one arrived ever.
So for the remainder of the holiday we sprayed and swept up hundreds of ants. The grill would not stay on for more than about a minute and there where no trays to cook anything in the oven. No large bowls of any sort.Dessert spoons that were to big for your mouth………….
The shower drain did not have a cover on it,so when you stood on it ,it beep beep hurt……The shower did not stay put when it was on so the spray wet the ceiling and all the bathroom but left you dry………
The chairs were so badly stained we didn’t sit on them.This was an animal friendly caravan so we knew some animal hair would be on,we didn’t expect the seating to be covered in them…..
Most of the caravan had a layer of dust,some crumbs and food stuck on the cooker.
The swimming pool was okay as were the staff,but the flooding bits that were in the pool were not…I cancelled the rest of my activities…
The APP. Took us 35 minutes to load. Then only 2 3 items on the menu. No one said there was a shortage of food,no one asked if they could help, no one asked if we were okay. It wasn’t busy,2 staff kept looking at us but did nothing other than talk to each other. We noticed many times in our week stay here,that the staff were holding cups against their chests and then would get hold of the cup with their thumbs on the inside to put them away……. Some of the team did not wipe the table and chairs after customers had used them. Some staff asked you yo take the glasses of the trays some did not and gave you your drink by gripping the top of the glass.

Suggested solution:

A huge promise that the staff are retrained at this site in everything.....
An apology for not getting our first complaint sorted... We give one chance .
And maybe since we have never complained before ,something to help make us come back to you.
