My complaint:
Holiday Ref: 8504560 9th to 12th July 2021
Admin fee charged for change of holiday from 3004 – 0305 to 0907 – 1207. This was due to covid. I have only had one vaccination for covid and wouldn’t have had my 2nd vaccination by the time of my original holiday. It would be unsafe to be in your resort. On another note the Scottish Government rules for the foreseeable future is still to stay at home and you are not permitted to travel outwith your local area unless it is essential.
Suggested solution:
I would like the fee waived.
