My complaint:
We arrived on Friday all happy to start our holiday.. travelled 200 miles and spent 850 on the caravan which is so annoying.. when we arrived we went to put items away then my daughter shown me her duvet, covered in blood and mold I felt sick, went to reception they said sorry and changed it.. it’s blood stains and mild I’ve not paid 850 for this treatment, Saturday at 5pm I called as the fire never worked and the gas had gone.. no one came I was calling all night and nothing.. my daughter was crying at 2am as it’s minus 3 outside and the caravan was numb.. all cars outside were full of ice.. the fire never worked we couldn’t shower the Saturday as gas was gone and we were covered in sand and see water from the day
I’ve attached all photos.. we haven’t been out yet as my daughter has been Ill with a cold thanks to parkdesns.. I’m literally devasted at how we have been treated.. using a hair dryer to try warm the caravan up isn’t acceptable
I would like to take this further.. I would also like a refund as I’m not spending 850 on this outrage.. can you please contact me asap I’m still on site.. and I complained Sunday morning 9.15am and they said the manager will come see me.. guess what no one came, I just want to leave and get money back, I will keep all proof

Security, maintenance every call straight to answer phone I’ve got messages to ask them to call as we were absolutely numb.. I can upload all pics if needed
