Panera Bread complaint: Slow service, rude staff

My complaint:

It has been a slow service location since they moved to their independent building a few months ago. I didn’t receive my order today. The staff refused to get a manager to get my money back when I asked, too. I travel to 27 states for business each year (I OWN this business). I have forbidden any of my employees to use Panera because your service, food quality (it’s never hot anywhere, anymore when it gets to my table), and ride staff. I’d like to know that these issue would change but I’ve experienced many of the same issues listed above in at least 25 locations in the past 6 months, in 6 separate states. I go to local grocery store deli counters for soup, salad, and sandwiches, now. At least I get what I want, in a very short period of time. Unless you tell me what you are going to do to fix the slow service, cold soup, and rude staff issues, I won’t be bringing any of my business, or personal money back to any store, anywhere that I travel to. Goodbye.

Suggested solution:

Fix the simple issues indicated above. And please don't try to tell me they don't exist.
