Panera Bread complaint: Poor Performing Staff Named – Glen

My complaint:

This sites all three Kiosk Systems were with customers trying to enter orders with frustrations, as all sitting areas were empty. At the same time an individual name Glen seemed to just stair blankly at the screen on the other side of the counter. His responsibilities should be to assist frustrated customer’s with order entries and move customers. As I informed him, he started arguing.

This is one of the poorest operating stores in West Bloomfield, and both the stores do not seem to maintain cleanliness. I will also notify OSHA.

Suggested solution:

Follow the restaurant procedures (1). Cleanliness (2). Simplify the Kiosk Systems to avoid bottlenecks or assist customers in an effective manner (3). Do not have staff stand idle, and provide excuse for their behavior (4). Have effective customer centric staff represent each store with cleanliness to there cores.
