My complaint:
I was playing Orion Stars and I won the minor jackpot for $118.88 however I was never credited. It asked me several times to accept every time I clicked collect the game would freeze. It shows my game ID as the minor jackpot winner but it never credited it to me and the store i play with told me there is no record of it on my game play record. It is on the platform record. I have multiple screenshots.
Suggested solution:
They should rectify the issue by crediting me the jackpot win. I have sent ample proof.
