My complaint:

On Feb 6, 2022, I purchase around trip from Los Angles to El Salvador write after I purchased the tickets need to cancel the purchase because my in-law could not travel at the moment. I contacted Orbits to cancel the flight the agent told me that I needed to contact the airlines to cancel the flights she also told me there was another way to cancel the flights that I could go through orbits.com to cancel the flights she fail to explain to me that the only flight that was cancel was the flight leaving LAX not the return ticket from SAL, after a month later I receive a bank statement charging me the return flight, so contacted orbits again and told them the flight was canceled the same day i purchase it, a different agent explain to me that orbits cancel the flight leaving LAX not the return flight from SAL that the return flight needed to be canceled through the airlines. I explain to the agent the first agent failed to explain the procedure to me. I refuse to pay for someonme else mistake.

Suggested solution:

Orbits need to reimburse me $254.00 dollars the agent assured me the flight was canceled.
