My complaint:

Booked same day flight for an urgent matter and didn’t want any extras apart from priority boarding. While checking in on line thought after entering all the requested info and clicked Check In. After clicking on Check In we are asked about the same extras as when booking the flight.

My point is after clicking on Check In that should be it, towards the end of extras my time was up. Ran out of the permitted 4 hours and had to go to Ryanair Desk and pay £70 this is not on

If when booking no extras are required why should we be asked the same questions after clicking on Check In. Unbelievable
