My complaint:

It is no secret that OGE is notorious for treating their customers horribly. I have been a customer (because we have no other energy companies in Oklahoma) for over 5 years, Occasionally I pay my electric bill after the due date. I had my checking account compromised, so I had to get a new account number. OGE tried to debit my account for $1, yes $1 dollar and it did not go through. Because of this, I was hit with a $300 deposit, which they spit up in two bills. I was not told of this. It makes my $90 electric bill over $200. I have explained to them multiple times that I live paycheck to paycheck. A $300 bill literally means eating or not. I have been told by multiple supervisors that because I don’t make my payments onetime, there is nothing they can do. I feel like they get to treat people however they want because the monopolize Oklahoma. Someone needs to help.

Suggested solution:

They need to be blasted for how they treat people. They can't get away with this.
