My complaint:
Hi,
My business electricity contract with Npower has expired on 27/9/2017. I signed a contract with EDF energy 08/06/2017 to transfer my business electricity supply from Npower to EDF energy on its expiry which Npower objected and blocked to transfer. On 16/10/2017 Npower over the phone informed me that I made a contract with them, however, they refused to inform me when and how I made the contract. I never made the said contract with Npower. Without my knowledge and permission, Npower has used my personal and business confidential information, which I had given them on trust at the time of my first contract, and made second contract. Npower breached the trust and used my confidential information and liable under the relevant Data Protection Act.
Suggested solution:
I want transfer my supply to my chosen supplier
Monetary compensation, If I am required to pay out of contract rates.
Any action for the above mentioned activities.
