My complaint:

I stayed at the Hawthorne suites for almost a month. I am homeless and people Blessed me by paying for my room. On two different occasions I was told that a payment was needed. But I knew my bill had been paid. Come to find out, STAFF did not put the expiration date on one card. Secondly, one card payment was not even entered. The hotel manager said that I needed to check out because there were too many problems with payments. But your STAFF wasn’t doing thier job. The manager even refused a payment from me. So with no where to go I was put out of the hotel.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I would either like to be refunded or given free nights to stay , I felt that this situation was wrong and the manager should have corrected her STAFF instead of being rude to me.
