My complaint:

They texted me to say my prescription was ready. My husband was given a ticket for a shortfall of quinine. There are other types of quinine but they didn’t bother to notify myself or my doctor to get the prescription changed. Being as my prescription was incomplete they should have given the prescription back to me and I could have taken it elsewhere. Now over a week later they still haven’t got my quinine. They have now made it my problem to sort this out. This not the first time they have done this and I feel that I need to try and stop this malpractice.

I think they should not be allowed to take on the prescription if it cannot be completed without the owners consent.
