My complaint:
I had a card in my netflix account for payment.
That card expired and I didn’t change any detail in my account about the new card.
But it somehow updated with the new expiry date and all.
These are private info!!!
Suggested solution:
Give my money back because I didn't put in the new card details!!!
They changed the details and this is against all privacy term!
Netflix didn’t add anything, if your billing details were updated it’s because the bank has an arrangement to send your new payment information to Netflix and other continuous subscription services. If you want your money back, you can request it from their customer service if you have not used your account since the money was taken.
