My complaint:
It is unfortunate that there is no option to use one account in multiple locations. The primary use of our account was for our kids that we have split custody of to be able to watch at our home and their dads. If we are already paying for multiple screens it should not matter where those screens are. What about people that travel for work or go on vacation? If their primary wifi is at home how can they watch elsewhere. There needs to be an option without charging us more to watch in separate locations.
Suggested solution:
Make it possible to watch on one account, if they pay for multiple screens, at more than one location.
There is a way 🙂 If you’ve set your tv as the main household for the tv, have your kids open the Netflix app on their phone and stream something on the phone for a moment while it’s connected to the same wifi as your tv. The system then recognizes this phone as a part of your household. When they go to their dad’s, have them connect the phone to the same wifi as the tv there, and stream something for a moment on the phone.
