My complaint:

To whom it may concern,

Netflix advertise the content they have on offer in order to attract clients to subscribe. Nowhere does it say before I click on the ation button that if I am outside of the USA that I will not have access to the same content that is being displayed on the Netflix website. But I still get billed exactly the same as a customer who does have access to all the content.

So if there are issues around releasing content to other markets then that should be reflected in monthly subscriptions and made public before I sign up to know exactly what content I will be receiving. If it is due to audience taste, then that should not be a factor as clients are attracted to the shows on offer that is why they sign up.

Suggested solution:

Either give us all access to the same content or make it pretty clear to all before they sign up that if they are located outside of the USA they will NOT have access to the same content and that is why their monthly subscriptions should reflect the same.
People do not want to watch shows that are already old in other countries as we are a global market now, there is no such thing as first in the USA than UK then the rest.
