My complaint:
Netflix app always crashes and asks me to restart my device which I always do but it doesn’t seem to fix the problem. There are different errors actually when it crashes, sometimes it says restart the app itself, device error. I always do what it tells me to do but it doesn’t work. Most of the time it asks me to log in again after it crashes and by then my downloaded shows are already deleted. The worst part about this is I am actually downloading the series for offline show watching and what I am using is limited data internet and eats up my data after downloading and ends up being deleted completely. Waste of money.
Suggested solution:
I need them to fix the issue and app crashes. I would greatly appreciate if they compensate me at least because I wasted a lot of data and I paid for it.
