My complaint:
My account was hacked and someone changed it from basic to premium plus added another user. Netflix said there is no way to return me to basic because it was changed. I didn’t make the change but they didn’t care . Now it’s $15.50 instead of the $9.98. They said they knew it’s unfair but said that’s the way it is
Suggested solution:
I cancelled due to this, so reinstate at rate prior to getting hacked
