My complaint:
The terrible experience with security guard and store manager.
On 10/13 in the morning I visited the store just on my way back from shopping to check for certain item which I was not able to find at that time. My bag was filled with products which are not offered in the NetCost. The security guard stopped me demending on checking my bag and I obeyed his request. None of the products were similar to NetCost inventory, but he kept asking for receipts which I usually throw away.
What kind of legal rights the NetCost security guard has to assault me with fraud accusations? This is against the law to humiliate the customers without any proofs or reasons.
Terrible practices. I would not recommend to shop there.
Suggested solution:
Control the security guards behavior and follow the legal retail store policies. The apologies and compensation also are welcome. Thank you
