My complaint:

I am writing to advise you that you have not
Responded to any of my emails, it has not been
Possible to contact you by phone and I am therefore advising you that I would like to resolve the dispute of my undelivered furniture it’s apparent your delivery company are not competent and I would like to resolve
Locally without legal intervention as long as you are able to process my refund within the next
5-7 working days.

Kindly credit the full amount of £2777 to the account you were paid from. I have contacted
Trading Standards and they have advised I am entitled to a full refund given the level of service I have received from you, delayed delivery, incompetent delivery company and the lack of response from your offices with regards to my communication.
