My complaint:

On buying my sofa last year I thought the process was pretty straight forward, sales person was lovely and I wrote a lovely review about it, how wrong that all went, on delivery of it in October, it was damaged on the underneath, within a week we noticed that one of the cushions was sagging in the middle, I contacted the store who gave me an e mail address for customer service, within a few weeks the fabric was replace on the underneath but nothing to do with the cushion, numerous e mails bk and forth and eventually in March they sent out a replacement cushion, yes that’s right, 5 months later, after 4 weeks I had to contact them again as this cushion is far too big and it’s 3 inches higher than the rest of the cushions, I was told that this would eventually go down but after another nearly 3 months it’s still 3 inches higher and another few e mails to customer service [48 in total] they are now telling me I will need to wait on yet another replacement cushion, could that be another 5 months? I have asked numerous times for a manager to call me but to no avail, totally disappointed on what should have been a fab new sofa day, instead I’m nearly 8 months on and still continuing with the nightmare, hope a manager reads this and contacts me because your customer service leaves a lot to be desired as I definitely have not received any, asking for date of experience, mine is from October 2022 and still ongoing from 18th may
Suggested solution:
I’ve waited 5 months for a cushion and it’s too big, now I’ve to wait for another, I’m not waiting another 5 months, I need it sorted asap, I’m 8 months now and it’s bad customer service
