My complaint:

I signed up for Autopay to drop off passengers at Gatwick airport. It has worked well on 272 occasions over the past 11 months. Now it doesn’t accept my card details to pay online. The problem started 2 weeks ago, my Autopay account is still active and all the details are correct but the payment page (live.ekashu.com) does not respond. I have spoken to their customer services department several time but they are unable to help. They have not responded to emails, nor online complaints. I have tried using different cards, different browsers, different devices and even phoned my bank to ensure there is no issue with my cards.

Suggested solution:

Fix their system to provide the same service as they did the preceding 11 month.
