My complaint:
When I first moved to Rochester, Mr. Pizza was my favorite pizza place. I raved about how good they are and how I’m happy to support local pizza chains over the national chains.
This most recent experience at Mr. Pizza though has led me to write this review. I used a coupon and ordered a Chicken Alfredo large pizza with pepperoni. When we received the pizza and tasted it, the chicken was very dry and tasted old (like it was leftovers and shredded and thrown on a pizza). Since I received the pizza late in the evening and had to go to work, I had my girlfriend call and express our displeasure.
I wasn’t interested in a refund, I just wanted a different pizza.
Instead, the person who answered the phone said they would wait until their manager came in and would call us back. They never called us back or even apologized. This is sad news for me because I really respected Mr. Pizza but I will no longer shop with them and make sure this experience gets out everywhere.
Suggested solution:
Give us a new pizza or give us a refund.
