My complaint:
I ordered merch from HatVat on Nov 1st and didn’t receive the merch until Nov 23rd, my sweater was the wrong size and I never recieved a t-shirt i ordered. I contacted them via email asking them for a refund or new items to be sent to no surprise they never got back to me. I sent the email on Nov 26th and it is now the 7th of Dec.
Suggested solution:
I would like a full refund
