My complaint:

“Hello.”
At That point, I felt very uncomfortable
I refuse to answer his text messages.
At 6:30 am Saturday morning my phone rang… I knew it would be Colby and it was… I never answered the call
Saturday 7:46 am from
Colby in a text “I am not at work today I took the day off”
6:30 pm Colby wrote “Are you okay”
I wrote Colby that I am fine.
I am asking you not contact me at all in any format your choice of words about calling me sweetheart, asking me how my day was, love. Calling me at 6:30 AM is all unacceptable behavior on your part.
You have offended me and you have frightened me.
I absolutely have no idea where you’re coming from. All of which is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed. I feel you probably know that’s not appropriate behavior. You are an employee of Mineke and I am a client. I did not invite your behavior. I have. Been through this and through this and through this in my own head all day. Trying to understand where were you coming from. To say I’m disappointed Colby couldn’t even begin to cover how angry I am. You scared me.
There were two texts. Apologizing for his behavior. He stated at 6:30 in the morning he was trying to call his boss. I don’t believe that for a minute. Maybe he was calling his boss to call in sick so he could spend the day with me. Not a chance in hell.
I am still to this day, troubled over my experience at Meineke. The words and the behavior of a Meineke employee. Beyond unacceptable and. I can no longer return to that store. (Not that I would.) I would NEVER recomond Meineke
To my worst enemy. I HAVE A VERY HIGH PROFILE HERE IN Puyallup many sore managers and the general public know me very well should I choose to make this information public, I do do think that will or would increase you business no longer have any trust or confidence. They BSed me and they took advantage of me. To the tune of almost $1300.
I am afraid. That that young man could have access to my personal. Information. IE my home address. He’s scared me!!!
Since that time. I paid cash for a mechanic to come to my home and put my car on his diagnostic computer. And try to determine what is wrong. Answer I needed a water pump.very simple very obvious So the very next morning. 7:00 AM.
I am at. O’Reilly’s purchasing. A water pump. I had made arrangements for yet another company. Austins Pro Max to install the water pump
Who informed me what had been done to my car there was no justification beining I was told some of the work done had nothing to do with the cooling system and obviously what was wrong was never even seen much less repaired
Given Colby’s diagnosis of car choking for gas, why wasn’t the fuel filter changed? For $661. You replaced. A fuel rail sensor. Which had nothing to do with the coolant system. Charged $393. For a fuel induction service. That was not included in Changing out the fuel pump Filter.
answer part of the cooling system, which is what we worked on. And if that’s true, why in the hell did you not see that it needed a water pump? That was never addressed. Particularly when I asked Friday night specifically. What about the water pump?.

Suggested solution:

Return of my money to Meineke and get the real problem fixed at Austin's Pro Max
