My complaint:

Hi I have made a detailed complaint on september 24th but McDonalds Headquarters failed to uphold their word by responding within the 3 day period they told me over the phone. Since then I have contacted them several more times. Pasted below is a email I sent to the McDonalds headquarters for feedback regarding the issues.

Liability arising out of flow of water etc.

Water overflows on to your property causing damage To my house and yard.

And

McDonalds drive-through operational failure leading to car horn utilisation.

I have received advice and will be pursuing this further when l return soon. Is there anything you want to comment on this before we go to vcat, the epa, Victoria disputes org or take civil action. We have had a site inspection from the local Dandenong council he contacted them and myself and have advised me on the following steps to take and this will be my last attempt to contact McDonalds to discuss this.

Suggested solution:

Fix the issues detailed in my complaint. Fix their water tank so that it does not overflow into my yard, through my shed and underneath my house.
